Two women sit at a balcony cafe table in a city, conversing. One has red hair, the other has brown hair and a brown hat. There are buildings, trees, and a domed church in the background.

Tutor

Bonjour! Je m’appelle Magali.

I am a native French speaker with over 15 years’ experience teaching in secondary schools and adult learning environments. I teach adult groups in London, tutor children and adults online and work as a GCSE examiner. I hold a current DBS certificate and am registered with the DBS Update Service.

I have a BA degree in British and American Language, Literature and Civilisation, an MA degree in French as a Foreign Language, and a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) in Modern Languages.

I am passionate about languages and especially teaching French. I love creating resources and use a variety of materials - from books, authentic videos and podcasts to interactive online activities - to keep sessions engaging, practical and connected to real life. My aim is to make the learning journey enjoyable, accessible, and relevant to each learner.
