2. Bookings and Payments
All lesson bookings are subject to availability.
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
2. Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Due to the nature of online educational services, completed lessons are non-refundable.
Single lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may not be refunded.
Lesson packages or prepaid sessions are non-refundable once started unless otherwise agreed.
If LearningFrenchTogether cancels a lesson, students will be offered either:
a rescheduled lesson,
or a full refund for the cancelled session.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
misuse the website,
attempt unauthorized access,
copy or reproduce content without permission,
or interfere with the operation of the website.
4. Intellectual Property
